For instance, the army of Iraq can change their deployment order with their diplomatic actions, or decide to have the army of Saudi Arabia played after the army of Iraq.- Players can declare military operations and receive reinforcements. The reinforcements are awarded based on the cards that each player has in hand, but players may still do without in some cases (the army of Egypt could not give a military card to Saudi Arabia).- Governments can play a diplomatic card that alters the rules applied to a war, such as make a war-war or even wait-war. War-war is a clear event, and it will end a war without any further modification of either side.- Make war-war may be used when a war-war has been declared by the government of the player on the diplomatic front. It declares a war on the other side of the conflict. The loser of the war must now play an immediate military operation. The winner of the war keeps the gains. The war ends and returns to diplomacy.- Wait-war is a special diplomacy card that will trigger a check at the end of the next round, just before the diplomatic actions of both sides. The player that has the highest diplomatic score will be the first to declare war. This war can be either of the military type or of the diplomatic type
