Anytone At-5555 V6 Software 22l

So I have owned the at-5555v6 even before they went anywhere near becoming anybody’s mate ;), I know its been a while since I put new firmware in there. Yesterday as usual I was updating everything and went to 4.2.700 and the first I saw of it was ‘the world’s most popular Android’ flashed across the screen. Now I have REALLY done this before so I did not panic, I did the usual text message. But what do you know, it updated the firmware automagically… I am amazed. SO I am back in the good old days of having to write the code and have to update it manually I am happy to say. I will write the post in due course as soon as I have done all the usual and testing stuff but just wanted to add my two pennits on to what is possibly one of the easiest to use and most stable handhelds out there. I am sure that the rest of you who have had the pleasure will know what I am talking about. Many thanks to the whole team at AnyTone for a great piece of kit. Take care Chris.

I have the at-5555 V6, works great my only big problem is there is no manual and it’s just slighly hard to get your head around the menus after the first set up. There does not seem to be a homemade manual, so the only site to get it off is from http://www.adabbott.com/co2/dl/mv44.htm. All you need is an analogue to digital converter and a computer, or you can get a hand held u-disk reader pay £30 or so and get it done, anyone got any other ideas?
