Adobe has posted a free download of Photoshop CS5 on its website. The online version comes with all of the features of the new version, including the Hue & Saturation, Adjustment Layers, Gradient Mesh, and Layer Styles features. There are also over 55 video tutorials included in the download for various tasks like how to work with the Brush, how to import photos, and more.
The download is available at Adobe’s web site . After you’ve installed the free version of Photoshop CS5, you can purchase a subscription for the full version.

Wow! Now that Lightroom 5 is released, the second review I read on it was from a guy who has upgraded from an Hd5 to an Hd6. I don’t think this is fair as Lightroom is much more than a hd app. Its a complete editing package. So getting the iphone 5 is a bit of a joke, especially as you have saved all your work on your pc. Just to be fair I think everyone should go through a trial version of Lightroom before shelling out £800-$1200 for it. Its a great app and fantastic value for money.

MovieMaker is all about timelines and tracks, so the interface definitely needs a graphical overhaul and after using it for a while, it was very obvious. In my initial review I said: This has been improved a lot!. And it has been. You no longer need to import your clip for conversion, you can (or should) do that directly from Storyboard or Clockwork. It’s much simpler now. I still need to tweak some settings and in some cases it didn’t work right. However, with these settings and a few others in place, it mostly works in-line with what I do on my PC. The interface itself is now far more intuitive and streamlined.
One of the easiest ways to clean up your photos is to use an eraser. In this example, we will use the Eraser tool to remove the background and the trash. Since it’s a black and white image, the easiest way is to use the Eraser tool. Simply click on your art piece in the image, and it will remove it.
Here is another example of framing you can get by using basic blending options: Select the layer called Dust and Scratches. Open the blending options pop-up. Click “Fill” in the bottom brown box. Keep the amount at 75% and select the Mixing Option to Multiply. You can change this to Screen, or Hue/Saturation if you want a softer and more natural color. Click OK, and this will double your work. It will cover the dust and scratches on your image.
You can colorize photos using this option. Select the layer called Colorize. You can choose any color you like from the color picker but it is best to pick a color that has a similar hue or a similar shade. You can also change the saturation or lightness of the color. Once you are done, you can blend it with the dust and scratches layer to give it a more realistic appearance. Enjoy!
